At NEXT MEMORY every order is carefully packed with the utmost attention. Our team ensures that your items, whether perfumes or delicate pieces, arrive in perfect condition, as pristine as when they left our historic Atelier in Lisbon.

We offer in-store pickup and delivery options across Portugal, Europe, North America, and the Rest of The World.

 

Delivery Times

• Portugal: 2 to 3 business days
• Europe: 2 - 5 business days
• North America (Canada & USA): 4-7 business days
• Rest of the World & Africa: 5 to 9 business days

 

Shipping Fees

• Portugal: Free for orders over €80. Otherwise, the shipping fee is €5.
• Western Europe: Free for orders over €200. Otherwise, the fee is €15.
• Eastern Europe: Free for orders over €200. Otherwise, the fee is €25.
• North America (Canada & USA): Free for orders over €200. Otherwise, the shipping fee is €25.
• Rest of the World: Free for orders over €300. Otherwise, the shipping fee is €30.
• Africa: Free for orders over €300. Otherwise, the shipping fee is €45.

Important Note: Shipping costs do not include any customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Update for Shipments to the United States

Until 28 August 2025, shipments to the USA valued at or below $800 benefit from the De Minimis exemption, meaning no import duties are charged.

However, following an Executive Order by the Trump Administration, published on 30 July 2025, this exemption will be suspended for all countries effective 29 August 2025. From this date, all orders shipped to the United States will be subject to import duties, regardless of value.

According to the technical instructions issued by U.S. customs authorities on 15 August 2025, these duties will be charged to the customer at the moment the shipment arrives in the United States, and must be settled before delivery can occur.

We kindly ask our U.S. customers to take these changes into account when placing orders.
