Refund Policy

RETURNS:

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery for returns. Items returned after this period won't be accepted.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be undamaged and unused in their original condition. Please note we don't accept returns of opened or defective items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

REFUNDS:

Orders dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Customs duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Additional charges may apply based on local customs policies. Contact local customs authorities for details. If the recipient is not available to receive the package, they will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs. Please allow 1-2 working days after receipt and inspection for refunds to be processed. Delivery costs and return delivery costs are non-reimbursable. If the recipient is not available to receive the items, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized or custom-made items. These products are uniquely created based on customer specifications and cannot be resold. Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.
