The company delivers orders in Portugal through CTT Portugal or TNT, and worldwide via FedEx. It’s important to provide the correct billing and shipping address details as they cannot be redirected.
Delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and include a 24-hour dispatch period. During sale periods, it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date and may be affected by adverse weather conditions or remote locations.
Deliveries to Europe take up to 2-3 working days and up to 7 working days for the rest of World. Delivery times may be altered during busy periods, but the company will do their best to ensure prompt delivery.
Please inform us within 14 days of delivery to return an item. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
For a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unused. Used items may be subject to a partial refund. Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or defective hygiene items. Returns of gift vouchers and e-vouchers are excluded.
Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you, with a refund refusal. We are not responsible for any missing returns or items during transit.
